1. Quién puede usar el sitio

  • Tener 18 años o más y capacidad legal para contratar.

2. El análisis de agua gratuito

El análisis se hace en tu casa, es sin costo y sin obligación de compra, y toma aproximadamente 20 minutos. Es una evaluación comercial para recomendarte un equipo: no es un análisis de laboratorio certificado y no lo sustituye. Si necesitas un resultado oficial, acude a un laboratorio certificado.

Podemos reagendar o cancelar una cita, y tú también. También podemos declinar una solicitud si la vivienda no califica, está fuera de la zona de servicio, o la información no se puede verificar.

3. Precios, financiamiento e instalación

La información del sitio —incluyendo cifras, promociones y mensajes de disponibilidad— es informativa y publicitaria, no una oferta contractual. El precio final depende de tu casa y se entrega por escrito en una propuesta.

Cualquier financiamiento lo otorga un prestamista tercero independiente y está sujeto a aprobación de crédito. No todos los solicitantes califican, y las condiciones reales constan solo en los documentos que firmes con ese prestamista.

La instalación y la garantía del equipo las provee el socio instalador autorizado, bajo el contrato y el documento de garantía que se te entreguen por escrito. Léelos antes de firmar.

Un sistema de purificación de agua no es un dispositivo médico y no diagnostica, trata, cura ni previene ninguna enfermedad.

4. Tu información y uso del sitio

Te comprometes a darnos información verdadera y completa. Podemos rechazar solicitudes que parezcan falsas, duplicadas o automatizadas.

No uses el sitio para extraer datos con robots o scrapers, vulnerar la seguridad, subir código malicioso, ni para ningún fin ilegal. Podemos bloquear el acceso de quien incumpla esto.

El contenido del sitio (textos, diseño, gráficos, fotos, logotipos y código) es nuestro o de nuestros licenciantes. Puedes verlo e imprimirlo para uso personal, pero no copiarlo, republicarlo ni usarlo para promocionar otro negocio sin permiso escrito.

1. Who may use the site

  • You must be 18 or older and legally able to contract.
  • You must own the home where installation would occur.
  • The home must be in our service area: Connecticut, Long Island (New York) and Massachusetts.
  • You must be the subscriber of the phone number and email you provide, or be authorized to use them.

2. The free water analysis

The analysis takes place at your home, is free and carries no obligation to buy, and takes about 20 minutes. It is a commercial assessment used to recommend equipment: it is not a certified laboratory test and does not replace one. If you need an official result, use a certified laboratory.

Either of us may reschedule or cancel an appointment. We may also decline a request if the home does not qualify, is outside the service area, or the information cannot be verified.

3. Pricing, financing and installation

Information on the site — including figures, promotions and availability messages — is informational and promotional, not a contractual offer. The final price depends on your home and is provided in writing in a proposal.

Any financing is provided by an independent third-party lender and is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify, and actual terms appear only in the documents you sign with that lender.

Installation and equipment warranty are provided by the authorized installation partner, under the contract and written warranty document given to you. Read them before signing.

A water purification system is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Your information and use of the site

You agree to give us truthful and complete information. We may reject requests that appear false, duplicated or automated.

Do not use the site to harvest data with bots or scrapers, breach security, upload malicious code, or for any unlawful purpose. We may block access for anyone who violates this.

Site content (text, design, graphics, photos, logos and code) belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal use, but not copy, republish or use it to promote another business without written permission.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE.
